Halt who goes Fur...
Miss Furry has had a new visitor a never before seen in the neighborhood cat. An ever so elegant feline with long limbs and short smooth fur with occasional small splodgettes of marmalade (not like Mr Marmalade who has big spots of lumpy marmalade all over his well covered cosy body). But delicate ones with just a hint of marmalade.
The new-cat-in-town doesn't know the official Miss Furry's rules of the back fence and garden. To be fair though no one is partial to that information (especially not poor Mr Marmalade, oh and the not so graceful Mr Wood Pigeon!). However the ever so elegant feline must have decided to take a morning stroll today along the back fence between the garden and the paddock, ( well why not It was a lovely day today) .Without knowing any reason why not too.
It so happened today that Mr Marmalade had also decided to have a morning stroll and he forgot one of the two things he needs to always remembered ( no not the one about getting stuck in the bushes but the never ever walk past Miss Furry's back garden one) on his way to the field where the daisies are, probably for a day of daisy sniffing ( Mr Marmalade loves doing that!).
Miss Furry was beside herself with indignation and launched herself on the back fence. Making such a racket that Mr Marmalade once more stricken with fear with a look of noooo not again on his sploggy face and was trying to stand so perfectly still in the hope he would be overlooked, whereas the elegant feline looked so perplexed as to what all the fuss was about and continued walking along the fence (quite bravely myself and Mr Marmalade thought!). To the other side.
Well that went down well as you can imagine and now Miss Furry is back to patrolling her fur'dom. With her shiny breast plate and Helmet ( I really though she had had enough of that!), she has also decided to attach some rules to the fence post just in case anyone should by chance happen to wander her way.
Miss Furry's official (as written by herself ahem!) rules of the garden...
1. No one can walk on 'My' back fence furry or otherwise!.
2. Mr Wood Pigeon needs to stop landing in 'My' garden!!.
3. Failure to comply with above rules will result in a show of defence so be warned.!!!
I think someone should tell Miss Furry's that cats cannot read...not me though!!!
